To maintain efficient and personalized service, we do not accept returns or exchanges, except in cases where a piece of jewelry is significantly damaged during delivery or if an error was made in preparing your order.
We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

After reviewing your case, if we determine that the damage is significant (meaning the jewelry cannot be worn or its appearance is altered), we commit to offering you a quick and appropriate solution. You may choose between an exchange for a new piece of jewelry or a full refund.
Please note that refunds and exchanges are only offered if the jewelry was damaged during shipping. Damage caused by normal use or wear is not covered.

To be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it—unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without prior return authorization will not be accepted.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Please remember that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving the product, for any reason and without justification.
As stated above, the item must be in the same condition as received—unworn or unused and in its original packaging. Any item showing excessive wear or damage may be subject to a deduction from the refund. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
In the event of a withdrawal, the refund includes the price of the item and the standard initial shipping costs. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer in cases of voluntary withdrawal.
Personalized items are not eligible for the right of withdrawal.
